    First i would set a statement that i am a noob in bdo general :D
    So any1 can explain me its important to have a -karma to downgrade?
    And now to my real question:

    Normal BDO:
    I still recommend
    20-30FS for DUO
    30-45 FS for TRI
    50+ FS for TET
    and 100-120+ FS for PEN

    DUO is capped at 35 FS
    TRI capped at 44 FS
    TET capped at 90 FS

    to PRI -> 1.50%/Stack -> max 25fs -> 52.50% success
    to DUO -> 0.75%/Stack -> max 35fs -> 33.75% success
    to TRI -> 0.50%/Stack -> max 44fs -> 27.00% success
    to TET -> 0.25%/Stack -> max 90fs -> 24.50% success
    to PEN -> 0.15%/Stack ->max 120fs -> 19.50% success

    Private Server:
    unknown (for me)
    If any1 know the real one and write it like me in a chart please :)
    Maybe + event chart too and dont forget premium

    No chart needed, the fail stacks are static here.
    • 0.50% per failstack.
    • 0.60% per failstack when theirs a failstack event going.
    • 0.65% per failstack if your premium.
    • 0.78% per failstack if your premium and theirs a failstack event going.
    Use https://bdocodex.com/us/ to find out base %'s on whatever your upgrading. Not bdodatabase, they're very similar.

    So if i got +15, 1 fs just 0.5% more chance and not 1.50% ?
    Or the base chance is higher ?

    You add the base success and failstacks together to determine your success chance.

    For example, +15 for this weapon has a base success chance of 2.00%. Meaning if I try to upgrade this with zero failstacks, the chance of it upgrading will be 2.00%. Now lets say I'm not using the premium service, there there is no failstack event going on. I have 10 failstacks. I simply do 10*0.50 = and it equals 5. 5.00% + 2.00% (base success, see red square in screenshot) = 7% chance of upgrading.

    Ok heres the real deal on Failstacks on GameZ BDO

    1 FS = 0.5% without premium - 0.65% with premium - 0.78% with premium & enhancement event
    10 FS = 5% without premium - 6.5% with premium - 7.8% with premium & enhancement event
    Here is the spreadsheet to calculate what % chance your desired stack has.

    NOTE: This is for each fail stack, fail stacks are static, they do not change in value no matter what item you try to enhance they also DO NOT CAP!

    No idea I did not make the spread sheet but this was widely accepted
    let me do a calculation
    0.5% + 30% = 0.65% (premium)
    0.5% + 20% = 0.6% (Without premium but with weekend event)
    0.5% + 50% = 0.75% (both premium and weekend event)

    I think a found the miss calculation!
    0.5% + 30% = 0.65%
    0.65% + 30% = 0.845%

    so who ever created the sheet was under the impression the weekend event was 30% and apply s to the total number and not the base number
    EDIT: FIXED THE CALCULATION ON THE SPREAD SHEET

    This was a myth, Green gear from +7 to +15 have a much higher base chance then Reblath and Boss gear, Almost 3x the base chance to be precise
    Heres a comparison
    Reblath armor: https://bdocodex.com/us/item/10806/#15
    +15 base chance is 2.00%
    Grunil armor: https://bdocodex.com/us/item/10934/#15
    +15 base chance is 6.00%
    If you are going to failstack stick to reblath and only failstack on PRI+ green gear if you use green gear that is
    NOTE: All gear have the same base enhance rate from PRI to PEN

    So are failstacks not capped in this server? I.E. say I go for DUO Seraps which has a base chance of 10%. Retail has it capped at around 34-35 FS. Does that mean I can use a 40 FS and have a higher % chance to succeed?

    Different types of armors and weapons have different success rates, that spreadsheet lists +1-PEN values but that's not correct for all gear, the FS calculator seems correct.
