got banned by test character? BDO

didn't find anyway to contact you guys
but i got banned in my account

i dont know why, i was recently buying cash as well...
so its weird cuz of 2 things:
1. the name test?
2. i got the banned like an hour after downloading a friend link to change the guide quest text to the mobs it is suppose to be.
i know alot of people use it both here and in retail so i didn't thought it could lead to ban (if that the case) but still its weird cuz its only text edding for quest.
anyway the second after i restart client the launcher update it self back so i just left it be the normal way, dont have power to change it everytime i lunch the game.

hope for some help here, im so confused

Yea, as kolka said. I personally use guild quest mod for over 1 year. That won't get you banned. Using cheat programs, exploiting etc does.

 

.... ok and what about the striker test? i never did use 3rd party programs, got the ban while doing scrolls with guild mates lol
we all falll down from the first boss of pila fee scrolls and got teleported to bahaz

 

StrikerTest is just a character from GM/Admin.

 

where i can get more details about it and talk with a gm or some support cuz i didn't do shit and also invested some money on this lovly server
