Processing Knowledge stuck.

For a week I have been going around completing all the quest for processing knowledge so I can heat Pure crystals when needed and so I can heat hardened plywood as need for crafting wagons and tools.
I do not have a quest icon or text available for the NPCs in Keplan, yeah the no name villager that makes you run into the mine and go talk to the guy to start the quest chain. I cant accept them, there is no icon, i checked my view-able/acceptable quest settings I've re-logged next to the NPCs I've toggled setting for quest, I've talked to the BS for the recommendation and now im on the Lv50 Processing Advancement quest for Pure Platinum Crystals that I can NOT make through metal solvent and platinum ingots.
At this point i'm just frustrated as I've spent a couple hours looking through forum post and youtube vids on the quest and just researching what leads up to the knowledge.

I am basically stuck because I can't start any of Skilled Paradigm quest chain and I can't finish Processing Advancement Lv50.
I have completed Gathering Lv20
I have gotten a rare amount of PPC from melting weapons while out grinding.
If there is a gear piece that has a chance of resulting in PPC after heating please post it as this is possibly the only way im going to be able to get any Pure crystals currently in the game.
Also if there is another way (aside from MP) to obtain Plywood Hardener that would be cool if it was posted as well.

 

After sitting down and doing some heating testing, Bares weapons process and have I guess a 25% chance of PPC as a outcome.
I melted 12 Bares Long swords and got 3 PPCs.
Melted some Bares Amulets and Axes and got 25% worth of what i melted in PPC for outcome.

 

If you still stuck, you should try, call your blackspirit and click the "Tutorial" button.

(I know it's German, but it have the same position/icon).
There you can select "I wanna learn more about x/y" and then you should get lead through processing.
You have to talk with Ficy (whyever her name is "Fiby" in German...) in Heidel at the end.

ive done this and the issue is i can not accept the quest to continue further to get the knowledge that remain for me to learn.

 

So Ficy don't have a quest for you or does she not start?
I think the quest in Keplan is not really needed, the first Quest in Heidel is the important thing.

 

I did the same quests yesterday with ease. Had no issues. Are you 100% sure you did all the previous quests? You get the crystals from Vatudun for the next quest.

EDIT: The quest in Keplan is needed if you want to progress with the other skills and make, for example, Supreme Hides.

Yes, I did look at your screenshots and NO, I did not ignore half of your post. The problem is that I have no idea what you did, so I'm just guessing. You simply missed a step somewhere.
