EA/EP seller NPC

can you please spawn the NPC where you can buy EA or EP items outside the general to governor zone in Kaisinel and Marchutan Priory

Even if I did that, you still need to be general+ to buy the weapons/armors from the NPC.

That npc who sells arbiter items was just teleported outside the general+ areas. If only general+ could buy governor items, the how could those rank 1 could buy arbi items?

 

for those rank 1 u said they just create another char to have ea items and what are you posting for ? it easy to create new char to have ea items, you want waste your AP point to buy ea items ?

Does glads given EA? Nope, they get 2 LEA weps, gs and spear.. I need EA not LEA.

Does the settings of the NPC of arbi was edited? Or if you really can't bother much editing the NPC why not just put EA and EP in webshop for 0 creds. (Poor ppl problems)

what if someone has full character slot and wanna buy ea/ep weapon or set for any reason? so should remove a character and create new one to get items? and who cares the wasting ap, you can get 1mil ap easily from any event.
think all possibilities and make sense

What's the point of adding an item that doesn't cost credits to the webshop? We're aware that some changes are needed, you'll have to be patient.
