Camera Shaking

As the title already says, the moment I try to move the camera with the right mouse button, the picture starts to shake and throws me off to the position I was on before.
I just installed the game yesterday and only played for roughly an hour today, even though I restarted the game it still occurs.
First time I encountered this issue was when I created my character, after asking ingame someone asked if Im using Windows 10 which I am and then suggested I open a thread in the forums.
