Please help me

Downloaded the game yesterday and i was really excited to play hopped on the game after 10-20 minutes i got dced from the server and then i tried again i can't seem to play more than 10-20 tried to forcecheck restart my modem ect even went on the discord to ask people but people seem to like being assholes and completely ignore a newbie asking for help lol

 

I personally wouldn't advise you to ask for help on discord. Forum is the place for questions and problems. So you basically can't stay online for more than 20 minutes? It seems like a connection-related problem.
The moment you were disconnected from the server, did you notice any error?

 

1 before start the game, press Win+R type "ping -t www.google.com",

2 open ur game, try play, when u get dc, try to see if there is any kind of change like this



if u see smth like that u are with a problem connection-related.. so basically u should talk with ur internet provider...

nothing much just the usual disconnect like i freeze then everything disappears after that i'm back to start game screen and a pop up comes out to notify me that i've been disconnected

That definitely sounds like a connection problem. Have you tried restarting your modem, router, and pc? Some players have also reported having trouble connecting during certain times of the day, but I'm not sure where you are from to judge if that could be the problem. Also, this might seem a strange question, but do you have Charter(Spectrum) internet by any chance? They have been having issues this past week on their end, so I've been having the same exact issue.
