Hi! I recently signed up and registered my account. I have the client downloaded. Upon signing in when initializing username and password, I get an error indicating it is incorrect. I have even attempted to reset the password already and it did not help, assuming that was an issue. I am still having the problem that the client is giving me the same error despite inserting the correct login and password. I need help.

1 - Make sure that your account is confirmed from your email address.
2 - Make sure if there are any case sensitive characters, as the fields in the launcher are case sensitive.
3 - Check your firewall/defender settings and make sure exceptions for the launcher and the game are made.
4 - If all fails, make a new account and enter the whole info carefully.

Make sure to type the username and password in the exact same way you registered to the system. If there is no typo and the password is indeed correct but the error persists, tick the "Remember" box.
