Excessively banning of "obstacle abusers"

I have notice for the past weeks that there has been a huge amount of "obstacle abusers" that has been banned because of this reason, I feel like the victim of the abusers are starting to abuse the rules that it's becoming an irony. I totally agree 100% that those players who abuse bugs should be punished, but excessively banning a huge amount of players weekly will end up the server's life. I just want to point it out that there's need to be a solution to avoid this kind of problem the server is under distress not just because of this but other problems as well. This kind of bug can be actually used to frame players and can lead them on getting banned for just maybe an accident. I don't know what's your guys plans, if you want to wipe out the server you might as take it down asap. If you cannot make a solution for this, this server will end up in a tragic lost of players. I feel like a photo cannot justify an abuser if he/she only done the action once or twice there should be a limitation on how many times he/she made the action to justify it as an abuser, you cannot be called an abuser if you only done it once or twice. Just like in a baseball game there's a rule that if you get 3 strikes you're out of the game. This kind of rule should be implemented into this as players are becoming more abusive/sensitive about this problem. And for the future reference don't only accept pictures as the evidence of a bug abuse get them to send a video!. "Aware" hopefully I won't see this word again on the comments down below.

 

I definitely agree on that. If the hits cause the player's death then it is justified to ban them, but the new trend is to simply stand on the edge and wait for sb to hit once so they can make an ss and report. If ppl want to avoid wall-shooting they could simply move one step backwards. And -what a surprise!- those who report wall-shooting are rarely or never seen pvping...

What i'm trying to say is if a player uses skill once or twice and the victim caught it on a screenshot and reported it that shouldn't be illegable as an abuse what if maybe the "abuser" just accidentaly playing into an area that has many obstacle and accidentaly made an abusive action once or twice I totally condemed that, that it's not abuse if it only done once or twice. I would take my time and make a necesarry action if the subject has actually done it multiple times rather than just making a drastic action by just seeing it done once or twice.

 

i agree on that mate, but i see almost ranger class are been report by wall shooting, rangers are range class so they can hit distance target.

 

In my humble opinion, both ranged class and those who just stand and watch should be more careful! Ranged classes should respect the rules and those who don't have the intention to pvp should stay in safe areas.-

 

I completely understand you and I know what you mean, but if something like this was introduced, what would happen with those who do it notoriously. Every single player is able to use the game's imperfections, and many people do it. We can not avoid it in any way. If it were so simple that the general rules regarding the reporting of players would be changed, this would not only result in the goods of this venture but also negative ones. What would you suggest to change what you are talking about? Since you've started this topic, you must have something specific in mind and something that could help.

 

I think what he was trying to say is that one screenshot shouldn't be enough to ban sb, 'cause one hit is not the definition of abuse. It could be an accident, it could be on purpose, but still we can't know by one single ss. And tbh I've seen it too that some specific ppl only go there in order to "tease" opponents and then report them. This has to stop too...

 

I will stick to my opinion on having a video posted rather just a phony picture as it would make me as a player to feel a bit more of closure and understanding of the situation.
