    hey i had char more 5-6 char 1 char was 60lvl+ and i dont play long time now i check website and there is only 2 char both low lvl i dont know what happened i need help pls

    Were they in Lumiel? If yes, that server doesn't exist anymore and therefore nor do your characters, unless you had them transferred to Siel in time. If that's not the case, then you should contact @Noyah.
