    Your phantom pauldrons is cloth type while you want to remo to your plate shoulder plate is not the same you can remo onlybin cloth item as well vice versa not to plate see the logic is cloth remo is for cloth remo plate remo is for plate remo got it?

    yes you can... clothing type can remo into any kind of armor.. plate chain leather cloth

    "Armor" parts like that are designed to be remodelled into every kind of gear. It's considered as a costume and not a real armor part.
