Getting back into the game

Hello I haven't been playing since Aion 2.0.

I just re-downloaded game aion and came back to party. I'm already premium and I have ABG items enchanted to +15 with extendable weapons I play Templar and Gladiator mostly but I have every class except engi.

I'd like to know what do I do now to level up? Where do I go to grind for kinah and is making food still good money I used to be one of the only sellers of consumables.

I'm just a really old player looking to jump start back into aion if there is a guide someone could refer me to or if someone could give me some tips on where to go that would be great.
