help me to get back my items

    Sir can you help me to get back my items...
    When i open my account my item is gone my Bl harp BWDK remo is gone.. I dont know why, how , it was gone in my inventory..
    No one knows my password it also i quit my account if i going to quit.. i didn't AFK..
    This my the story.. last night i play using my harp.. then in the morning i open again to vote.. when i look up my inventroy my BL harp BWDK remo is gone.. don't know what happen.. @Noyah please help me to get back.. my BL harp..

    I have bought an item from weekly special a few weeks ago...when i relogged after 2 days the item was no longer in my inventory...sent a pm on forum to a few Gm...
    no answers no item...
