Server maintenance mode

Hello there, i have a small problem. Yesterday i logged out from the game normaly and today i can't log-in. Its saying Server Maintenance mode.Please try again later. I have looked on the forum did everything there. Change the ethernet property with that 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 and still nothing, i uninstalled the game and installed it again and the same problem. My girlfriend was playing today , everything was allright, and after the maintenance she had the same problem.
What can we do about this ?

well ... if you read the email Mr. perfection... i said clearly that yesterday i stoped the game normaly, and TODAY ( i dident say the hours ) its not working, and i even said and i quote " My girlfriend was playing today , everything was alright, and after the maintenance she had the same problem." If you dont know how to read don't call people names.

 

I've had the same problem too and since I'm a computer noob my gf has been helping me and we currently sent my bdo logs to Kolka so maybe try that. I still cant get into game and no reply yet but they said somewhere to send them the logs since the logs are encrypted. Sucks we are the unlucky few

 

Any luck on your end? I for one still can't log in and haven't heard back from anyone

Did you try restarting your pc after following the guide? Did you try running the game with the .exe launcher version?

 

i for one get an error saying 'commandLineParam' when i try to do that

 

I also can not log in,although turned off the antivirus and built-in and third-party set of DNS ports,still can't log in,tried on different providers,what else can I do to let the game

 

none worked

 

For people in the UK it seems that the ISP talktalk is blocking the launcher.
It seems like you can work around it by using a VPN while connecting to the launcher, and then turn it off once in game.

Yes i did. No diference still having the same problem.

Allright so i used a VPN program, and its working, butttttt..... after you press "login" and entered the game, DO NOT press start. Log out of the VPN program and wait for 5-10 seconds until you will receive your normal IP back. Then start the game. Its working for my and for my GF pc to. Thanks Sara

yes it kinda work but my game laggin so hard , hope they fix this
