    MY CLIENT STUCK IN LOADING TO 65%, AND IM WAITING TOO MUCH..
    EVEN ILL RESTART MY CLIENT    ​

    That's what happens to me as well bud, but you gotta have patience for it it does take 10-15 minutes before it loads again.

    Go to these path
    \Aion\Data\Dump
    and open config , change NormalStop=0 to NormalStop=1
    i used to do that in retail too
