Game Crash after selecting server.

What is happening guys. After I select server everything's went poooops like a bubble, kabushh!!!
Is there any new launcher or re-DL the game again or what?
post everything here ADMIN pls. So evryone can be aware of what's going on when crashing occurs. pls. be very specific. Thank you.


Are we still using this Launcher? or there's a new one?

Im getting this as well. Game starts, select a server and it tries to connect then either it crashes back to desktop -or- it connects and there are no players and the moment I move or do anything I get disconnected and it's rinse and repeat. Always crashes though after a third reconnect try.

I've double checked all firewall settings and now I'm force checking files. I just updated windows so this may have had something to do with it.

Okay so UPDATE: Force checking all the files "updated" something but it can't have been very large as it patched straight away. So All of my files are 100% correct, there is no antivirus blocking gamezbdo. Furthermore I was playing a couple of hours ago fine, I had to restart for a windows update and all this is now happening. Not really sure what to do.

I read that disabling Geforce Experience might work but after doing that I'm getting the exact same results

 

AFAIK your Character might be Hardstuck. It sometimes may occur and usualy problem is gone after server reboot.
Try to use "unstuck" option via website for every character that you have, there is a chance that this wil solve a problem. If not, im afraid that you will need to wait a little bit for a restart.

Tried it and nothing I also tried creating a new character (as I only had one) but I can't even get past the tutorial.. So.. like what? I have to wait for the server to go down before I can play? This is ridiculous.

What's especially depressing is that there is an admin on answering all top threads bar this one

Another development, I can't see any chat in the client but if I use server chat it shows me talking via the #server-chat function on the official discord, so I am fully connected. Now I firmly believe this has something to do with the server logging my character in and not just my internet lagging or something.

 

Are you by any chance using Comodo or Avast antivirus? If so, try disabling it and see if there is any change.

You can't really expect from one person to be available at any given moment and respond to each thread immediately. I understand that you are frustrated by the inability to play, but try to be patient.
Now that you have finally logged in, can you move and interact with NPCs around you?

 

I do apologize. I didn't realise it was just you, one person.

I can move around and cast spells for about a minute, I can't interact with NPC's at all, the wheel just disappears after pressing 'R' on them and nothing. It also seems to boot me quicker when I try to interact with an NPC.

 

Looks like you're experiencing connection issues. Did you try restarting your router/modem?

 

Yeah that's usually my first go-to thing to do, I've restarted it thrice and I changed my DNS to google's 8.8.4.4. as is mentioned in the FAQ. My speedtest.net ping/down/up is at 100% of my connection capability and I'm pinging a usual 34 to discord and 16-30 to local CSGO servers. I'm not downloading anything either

If I am having connection problems from my router to the server, I think it's only happening to GamezBD specifically. Could there be some post-windows-update port forwarding I might need to do? Would it help if I made a short clip of what's happening and upload it to YT?

Okay I fixed it but I'm not sure why this worked. I blocked everyone on my network from my router, connected and re-enabled wifi. Now I'm connected and everyone else is reconnected to the router and I've not experienced a problem so far... extremely weird. Thanks for your help!
