    Hello, receiving "Please restart launcher error"
    I have made sure Window's Defender allows it
    My antivirus is AVG if that helps. I cant select the file to make it an exception on AVG

    Usually gamezbd will be blocked by any anti virus, false positive. Even the windows defender, that's usually the one causing it so try to turn off all AV and FW then see if it lets you connect in the game.
