    Hello,

I can't force v-sync off through the nvidia control panel. I've heard this problem occurs with Windows v1803 however I just recently reinstalled to v1703 but the problem is still present. I'm running the game on a laptop. It has a GTX 1050 and an integrated graphics card (UHD 630). I tried disabling the intel graphics drivers hoping that will solve the problem, however that way the game doesnt run on the GTX 1050 and it runs on like 1 fps. I've literally ran out of ideas on what to try next and vsync is bugging me very much. Maybe some of you guys had this kind of problem and can help me out? Thanks.

Windows forces a frame rate cap to your monitors refresh rate if you do not run the game in true fullscreen

in the video settings of the game, are you on window mode? if so, try to set the settings to very low and see if you have the same issue.
I didn't have an issue with vsync since my Nvidia control panel would be able to turn it off by force but I had the problem on the games running on the non nvidia gpu on my laptop. There should be an option to force run your games to the nvidia gpu.

Try this I found in google, its the same step I did on mine.

Also see the Set PhysX Configuration? You can force it to run on your nvidia gpu too.

Yes, I am running the game on fullscreen(not windowed fullscreen) and the fps is simply just sitting on 60fps mark no matter what I do. I did try setting "preffered graphics card for this game" to high-performance nvidia gpu however that doesnt help. I did try try to set the physx configuration to my GTX 1050 but the arrow still points to intel hd graphics (if that makes any sense).

Oh, and I did try to disable intel hd graphics in my BIOS but I did not find any options to do so...

That is weird, I just did what is on the link I shared and it worked for me. I didn't even go as far as the bios, have you tried to contact Nvidia Support about it? It prolly something on their end because it works on my laptop just fine.

Just to confirm, Nvidia control panel > Global Settings, and even on program settings you added the game there and try to force off vsync and use the Nvidia gpu??

Even with vsync off, the game caps fps to your monitor's refresh rate which is 60hz.

It does not. I have gamezbd on my other PC that has GTX970 and it runs on 100+ fps on monitor with refresh rate of 60hz. Just tested it yesterday.

But wait, did the 1FPS issue disappear now? That was your original issue right?

The 1 fps issue was present when I had disabled Intel HD graphic drivers in Device Manager. If those drivers are enabled the game runs on stable 60 fps with vsync.

The main issue is that I cant disable vsync no matter what I do.
