    Yeah this guide is very helpful
    Mine Solved by Clicked--> Delete Browsing and Cookies --> Deleted all cookies and History / Disabled Firewall and Antivirus for a while then Restart Computer Including Router, Router Must Shutdown by Pressing the Router Power Button once power up back the system stabilize and yeah tried to log its works including vote # 4 is now working Via Microsoft internet (Edge)

    No, deleting browser history and cookies is not what solved your login problem because it has already been confirmed and the login problem is related to IPv6. You solved your problem by turning off the router and a new IP was assigned to you, but not everyone has a dynamic IP.
