Crashing after select character. Please help

    I have spend alot of time into this game and suddently i cant play it anymore due to the crash. it happen when i select my character into the loading screen and then boom it crash. i have try to turn off my firewall, real time protection,... searching for hours on the internet for a solution and still no fix. this place is my last hope before i leaving this game :c

    No nothing pop up it just simply crash to desktop with no warning
