Story:
Queenzie was selling 1 pc Bollvig's Love Godstone, and I was interested and whispered her offering 2B for the said item. After conversation, we agreed on the price which is 2B (see chat in screen shot). I was asking her how we do the trade since max trade is 1B, then we disagree that it can be done by placing 999,999,999 first then add another 999,999,999. So i tried at it really appeared 1,999,999,998 in my screen (no screenshot) then when i lock and then ok. The screen text appeared "you spent 2,999,999,997 kinah" and she logged out.

My request:
return of my excess kinah or cancel the trade.
can this be done aionmasters/gamemasters?

 

i saw this trade happened, i was sitting beside boobsie, we are in the same shop, i saw the actual trade between them.. after the trade, queenzie logged out.. ><

 

I would recommon to make a vid next time of the trades.
And use a GM as a middel man.
About the lost money whe can't do much as a regular GM.
Maybe a senior can help you.

 

yes that is usually i do. but the other party insist in doing so, and i need it. i didnt hesitate because our legion doesnt make that kind of crap.

if kinah will not be return, it is fine by me. what is 1bil? i already lost 62bil few weeks ago.

my other point that i want to raise here is that he/she is a bug-abuser. he/she already knew that it will happen (see chat window).

Just the highlighted part says that he was a possible scammer.
And most of the GM are happy to help with trades.(then we have something else to do )
And i will even help even if i am a Crystal GM. So next time make sure you get a GM.

 

GM hard to found this days! Oh well, must play by the rules.....

Mm, frankly you are lucky that stone wasn't duped. xD

I'll give you the billion you lost, as it was a clear exploitation of a known bug. I'll also see what we can do about the person that scammed you. I'd like to banhammer but I want to run that by the other senior GMs first. In the future, learn how how much excess kinah really transfers before doing a trade for more than 1b.

the amount of kinah in my trade window appears 1,999,999,998 but it deducted 2,999,999,997 as shown in the printscreen. maybe you guys can test it, and prove that it is bugged.

if exploitation of a bug being banhammer, you can do so or make a warning to all players.
