Enhancement % for non-premium/premium/event

Just wonder if my assumptions are correct. Can anyone with knowledge clarify whether I'm correct or not?

Non premium = 0.5% per FS
Premium = base 0.5 + 30% extra (0.5*0.3) = 0.65% per FS
Event non premium = base 0.5 + 20% extra (0.5*0.2) = 0.6% per FS
Event premium = base 0.5 + 30% extra (0.5*0.3) + 20% extra (0.5*0.2) = 0.75% per FS

***Event premium is assuming event is 20% extra FS on the BASE rate, not the combined BASE + 30% premium rate

Yup that's what I wanted to really ask, that chart shows the event affects both (BASE + 30% premium) x 0.2, rather than BASE x 0.2 + 0.15 (from 30% premium).
