Resolved Account getting Rollbacks over and over...

I created a Sorceress and a Ranger, lvled the first to lvl 30 and exited the game.
As i came back later, both chars were gone.
I recreated the Sorceress and lvled her to 40, logged out and a few hours later - she was gone.
Then i recreated her, lvld her up. She stayed. Created a ranger, stayed as well. Proceeded to lvl the Sorc up to 60, recreated the ranger as well.
Then todays maintenance hit, i logged in, everything fine except that all my skills have vanished from the quickbars.
Message appeared we should log out, another maintenance - so I did.
Logging back in 2 hours later, my sorc is lvl 23, as if i never pushed her to 60, WTF? The ranger was gone again.

Thats a bad joke, isnt it?

 

Someone else or more reported missing characters too.

My friend reported similar problems to me. It turned out that he was switching between the NA and EU server by accident...
As for the keybindings after the maintenance yesterday, i think this happened to everyone...

 

Exactly this was the issue! I created my first ones while EU seemed to have trouble, coming back, I was on EU, chars gone, now yesterday EU was down again so i switched back to NA...
So everything is okay but it is really confusing at first glance when youre login into EU and get redirected to NA
