Does it increase the failstacking rate?
or does it increase the actual enchant rate?
I need to make sure, to know when to have it on, or off.

The purpose is to increase your enhancement success rate, but i still hit 40 fs for a duo, so its not that good :/
But you know, rng is rng

I increases your success chance by increasing the failstack %.
They increase the chance by 20%. Think of your 10FS as a 12FS or a 20FS as a 24FS. etc.

Just want a clarification does this mean when I have the enhance enabled ingame- that I have an easier time getting fail stacks? Or is it saying that i have a 30 percent increased chance at succeeding my enhance?

The fs event means the failstacks are more effective, not that it's easier to build failstacks. it makes you need less of them.
