Pearl shop purchases gone?

I've not played this server in about a month, i logged on and all my weight upgrades & storage upgrades were gone, I also only had 4 pieces of mail with 800,000 family fund after well over a month. Did something happen?

I also spent all my remaining pearls getting the storage upgrades back before I realised that something wasnt right

 

A month, or a little more than a month? We've added a european server not long ago, but I don't see how things can be related to each other because it is a whole new server and everyone starts from scratch. Nothing happened that could have affected your characters in the short time you weren't here.

 

I think I stopped playing around the 5th of October. Before I stopped playing my main character had almost 2000 weight limit and now it's down to like 400 & all my storage only has gone to default space, really no idea why

 

Well then you probably ran out of value pack and premium
