    Send a direct message to @Noyah, but if your characters are deleted I don't think there's much that can be done.

    I'm pretty certain I've seen a thread saying that even if the characters are deleted, the items can still be tracked :)

    Items are restored only if an account has been hacked and not in any other case of shared accounts etc.
