Account Problem

Hello, I wasn't able to post, so I have also sent a private message to kolka on discord.
I have a problem with my account, I had a Pen kzarka and a Tet Kutum, but when i opened my inventory I saw that my weapons rolled back, the first to tet and the second to tri. Can you please help me with this problem? Thanks in advance

It wasn't a rollback. Have you died with negative karma? If so, that's why your items were degraded.

 

ok, thx for the answer, i never heard or thought that this was possible to occure. As I'm not a veteran of the game. I'm kinda beggin it, but it could be possible to restore only my main weapon leaveing the oder rolled back? losing a Pen without even now why it seems a bit too punishing
