Can't play after update

    My game keeps freezing and forces me to close it and sometimes freezes then dc s me
    Also when i relaunch the game ,the settings i made are back to default
    I played like 2h after update without problems then the issue started
    This problem occurs in retail as well

    Sounds like a GPU issue to me. Have you tried to cool it down?

    me too, after Saturday maintenance, i feel my game freeze occasionally, killing some mobs, recently i feel freeze in Calpheon, but my game dont DC, My setup is I5 3rd Gen+GPU 1050 4gb + 16Gb Ram. but only take few minutes to normalize. Sorry my english.

    im stuck running in place, wvwn when i relog im still stuck i cant move. how do i fix?

    Same, I left the wagon afk and when I come back it's stuck but I see everybody moving and everything else works as normal
