is this serv p2p?

I am living now on campus, and i cant use programs that use P2P (peer2peer), is this server using P2P system? Cuz i just got banned for internet on campus xd
If this game has p2p, is there a way to play without using p2p? If not, i wont be able to play sadly

 

The launcher uses p2p but I believe you'll be able to get around this if you download the client through one of the direct mirrors. Although sometimes the launcher updates itself, I'm not sure if you can avoid it completely. Can't you use VPN?

 

I think that's what happened, i downloaded client from google drive, then the launcher was crashing all the time so i used mobile internet from my phone hotspot, then launcher worked, and game updated itself so i could play, i changed internet to campus internet then but after few hours when launcher tried to update itself i got banned . I am not sure VPN will work, i dont have any more chances to try this out, cuz i can only get one unban on internet per month after using p2p thanks for reply, guess there's no solution for me
