Game crashes when selecting server

Hello title says it all. The game crashes when i select server. Game starts up fine. Im not sure what the issue is but it worked fine before. Did force check a few times and restarted as well. Need help

 

do you use any ping reducer, VPN or else? try to unstuck your char from the web, maybe it's bugged in some area.

 

Same is happening to me, tried a different character, same thing happened. Force checking files now.

Force checked the files and something downloaded, but didn't fix the issue.

 

No no ping reducer or anything. I did update windows and im thinking the update might have screwed with the settings. Im not sure if its a firewall setting but it did work before. Ill try force checking again but it is very irratating. I also deleted and reinstalled the game and its causing the same issue.

 

I launched the game with a VPN and I was able to log in

 

I dont think getting a vpn matters for me. i was able to play

 

but you can log in with a diff char?

well, its possible that your char to be stucked, if you are able to log in your acc, but not your toon. go to http://gamezbd.net/character and rescue your char, but be sure that your game its off when you do it.

 

Just tried it and it still does the same thing.

 

I have the same issue. About 3 hours ago everything was fine and then... Client just shuts down after selecting a character. Any character =(

 

no same issue with a different character . it crashes right after i select server.

 

The game crashes regardless of the char, but with VPN active it doesn't.

 

Vpn doesnt matter. I checked discord and fourms. Alot of other people are having the same issue. They are looking into this

 

Same issue here, I can open my account but when i select server game really crashes hard... tried to do all i can but nothing works... Please help !

 

Are you using Avast or Comodo antivirus by any chance?
