Whatever I do FPS does not exceed 20.

Hello everyone.

I downloaded this game yesterday and started to play. But my FPS was always under 20. But also I can play on MENA server with 30-40 FPS with medium settings. Then here what I did from yesterday:

- I formatted PC and I reinstalled all of drivers, runtimes and the game.
- I already did what writes there: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/a-few-clicks-and-better-fps.213643/
- I turned off seeding.
- I turned off Auto Frame Optimization and low-power optimization.
etc.

It is surprising that FPS is just same. Whatever I do(lowest, low medium settings) it is always 20-19 FPS.

Computer specifications if I may ask?

 

I just think that it is because on our version of BDO (GamezBD) the game has been recoded for C++ and there is a small variation in how the game is processed by the computer when compared to how it runs the "retail version". Not sure that it is the problem but just for your information.

But why only me? Other users say that they have no any fps issue.

 

I think many if not all have the same issue but it is not a big problem for some users with high-end gaming computers...I have a really old computer that can barely keep up with this game "retail" or not, however I am playing the game quite well in some situations and in others I do suffer the consequences of my old computer, for instance in crowded places especially cities like Heidel I simply cannot move slowly through parts of the city because my game slows to 0 fps

 

cuz laptop. there might be some power save mode option activated, so check in your control panel your power plan

 

Like He said, check the power plan to ensure there's no power saving plan enabled as well as in your graphics card settings

And ensure in your graphics card settings it's set to use the dedicated video card as the main device to run games (I'd just set it to run once plugged in if there's such an option for your laptop)

 

By the way, I'm really thankful for replying guys. I already did what your saying and still same. I think this is about GamezBD. Because there is no any FPS issue on MENA server as I said before. I guess there is nothing to do until remastered patch.
