Resolved updating patch files %85

i m download this is game and my launcher still stay %85 https://ibb.co/x217qtS what can i do for fix this is problem (i dont have any antivirus and windows defender closed) plss help me.

 

What about firewall? You will not be able to get past 'updating patch files' if you don't add BDO folder and Gamez launcher to firewall exceptions.

 

how can add firewall can you help me ? and i will delete game and try re download and i have now this is problem: "invalid torrent file specified The application is terminating"

i did firewall also and re download game but have same problem i want to play this is game can help me anyone ?

 

Even though I have tried all of the solutions you give, still stuck updating patch files sometime at 0 percent sometimes at 85 percent. My firewall is closed, dont have any antivirus program either. Still can not start the game. Tell me a solution for god sake your server has 5k+ online and still got this launcher problems. Contact me please or tell me an solution for this except saying ''try to close firewall''.

I deleted the files that i extract from the zip version. I closed firewall again, reset my pc, re-extracted the file from zip file, clicked launcher etc etc and now im stucked with 'preparing to download'.......
I thought I fixed it but... another problem occured...
