Preparing to download

    I already put exceptions on my Windows Defender, Firewall.... and i disabled all of them, and the antivirus too.
    My friend told me to play this server and i really want to, but is impossible to download this !! Im trying to download the client have 3 days and i always got stuck by this screen "preparing to download".....
    Tried to download full client (30gb), tried 10gbx3, tried everything and nothing....please help me because i searched the solutions and did all of them and i still have this problem

    Have you tried using a VPN to get past the preparing to download step? Apparently some internet providers are preventing downloading files from our launcher.

    I'm already downloaded client(30,4gb) and after file check preparing to download started again. What's wrong?

    Well, i tried different providers. Maybe i have this problem because of my location. I'll check it, ty.
