    I think we need to complete the campaign quests from Enshar/Cygnea to activate the quest in Lakrum which will give us the quest pve gear we need for killing the mobs in Lakrum. Right now it's really hard to kill the mobs even with the lvl 76 passive skill buff.

    You can easily level up to 80, all you need is some time and patience. Instead of killing monsters next to the city, go to the middle of the map and farm higher lvl mobs, they give more experience. ;)
