yeah well, ive seen 2 sw's around hitting 40k too, and sw dont have any boosting buff at all, and ofc i had the same 6.2 items on me.
now, compare my dmg with his dmg, and my weapon its 2x 6.2 fuse too.

My friend and i having a test with magic user . Im full gear bl and woc2 . When he use magic skills damage 20k+ 1 skill only .
After i bought ultimate wings the damage reduce to 5k . Maybe its all about item . Ty

 

But hoping to reduce also magic type . To be fair with scout user

 

AM/Gm are you sure what you saying?? are you kidding.. Im a Ranger Full Ultimate Access and Bow but still doesn't damage..is that normal??
Also the Devotion Buff now no effect..the buff doesn't give you 1.5k weapon damage is that fix?? try to Online to game make a afull ranger items 1 on 1 with my EA set sorc lets try... this update sucks
