Failstack bug?

I have 2 failstacks and if i enhance something, it stills with 2 failstacks, ir its for something, a bug, or what can it be? I cant use Valks for that reason

 

From my understanding of how failstacks work, the more you have the greater your success %/chance. 2 failstacks is hardly anything at all. Try enchanting something that's +0 which is 100% chance and it should set your failstack back to 0 then you can use your valk(s).

Additionally, are you saying that you tried with something +0 and it still fails with the 2 failstacks present?

So you are saying it is stuck on +2 FS right?

Honestly a weird bug, that should not be happening. I have not experienced that even in retail/official.
While this suggestion may or may not work, it would not hurt to try.
Can you try to change your language settings to English then try to Enhance?
On some games I had before, a similar bug happened to me but that was years back.
Also, you could try to see if the issue is reproducible using a different character. That way, you can know if it's a character bug or your account itself got bugged on the FS.

Enchanting something that has a 100% success chance won't use your failstacks. Enchant something to +8 or simply buy a scroll from the blacksmith.

 

If you checked his screenshot you can see he have a pri and +15. That is not a 100% Success rate AFAIK

 

And a +2? That's 100% success rate AFAIK.

 

How can you get a DUO with +2 failstacks? Can you show a demo of making at least 3 PRI items going to DUO with just 2 FS?

 

I'm saying that he has a +2 item in his inventory. He probably tried to use his failstacks on it and failed to do so, and he made this thread.
