All my items are gone and money!!!!

There is not enough proof to merit starting an investigation. I've NEVER heard of, or seen this happening where someone gets completely stripped over night.

It's not believable at all.

Yea might be a hacker afterall considering he stated that he lost 1 rank overnight with his items.

yeah i know that thats unbelievable, but you can check all my tarde logs, or anything of that, if you can track a transaction happened, i left my char atleast 6 hours from now, and the fact that i am only at home

i left my character to vend in beluslan, would i even know if elyos would try to invade it?? I WAS SLEEPING THEN!!!!!!

the log wont show up coz when i woke up the client was closed, then i logged in, thats when this SHIT happened

Im sorry if i seem against you here, but i am just trying to help you out,

Your image shows you just logging in, but you say you was online for 6 hours straight.

Where you in the exact spot as you left it?

Is it possibly someone remotly accessed your PC?

Anyone else living with you?

How could he possibly have been able to gather more evidence? That's like asking the impossible since it was totally unexpected.

I also think that even the tiniest things should be worth an investigation, for the players sake! It's your job!

and as for a fact that the client automatically closes when you've AFK for too long,

It's like sanctus said, I've been here for awhile and I've never heard of anyone getting completely strip through a server error. I personally lost ALOT OF items when carl added the second channel but thats over with. It just appears very weird that something like this happened.

-Possible scenerio?
-You just obtained ALL those items at one time. Server crashed/had a minor rollback and your items was gone. Other then that, I can't think of any other possible scenerios atm. Goodluck

 

I agree, It appears you are just dismissing this issue straight away without even considering investigating it.

On one hand you could be saving us from a hacker/scammer/lier etc (which i believe he is NOT)
but on the other hand, your just screwing over a guy who has lost EVERYTHING he has spent the past 2 months getting.

At least look into it please?

Do you normally take a ss of your vendor before you sleep?

More evidence as in, Broker wise...warehouse..guild warehouse...more ss and more details of what exactly happened.

 

This could no way be a server issue as you say,

He lost a PvP Rank
His location changed
His quickbars were erased (This happened to me when my WoW account was hacked)

and his quickbar number had changed, all evidence of human interaction.

 

His quickbar wasn't erased. He just simply changed it from skill bar 3 to 5.
But yea it's definately a persons doing like you said. I'm not sure if a gm will be able to do much in this case.

 

No matter how strange it may seem, it's worth an investigation.

 

I have only been here a week but one thing i learnt is to take regular screenshots to help investigations if they ever arise.

There is no way on earth i am losing my billions and gear.
