    What weapon can be fused to UMC that has attack speed additional stat? I see a lot of casting speed nowadays.

    I don't think there are any. Attack speed and casting speed depends on the transformations you got. I dont think theres a 9% or whatever weapon to fuse with that. Its how the new update goes.
