game crash just before the login page

    hello i have a new prob now , when i try to log in game i have always the same problem:
    -i start the game with the gamezaionlauncher
    -the game upgrade to 100%
    -the page become black just before the identification page for 4 or 5 sec then the game crash and desapear from my pc, and i need to restart again and again and always the same bug at the same moment (just before arrive to the identification page):confused::eek::(
    someone can help me please:)

    tks for the answer, i do that, the launcher upgrade but same prob at the same place :( game crash just before the identification page (i run normaly or as administrator always same issue crash:eek:)

    Try these two:
    1. Right click your GamezAion folder> Properties> unstick Read-only> Apply> Apply to all subfolder > then OK.
    2. Go to your GamezAION folder> right click GamezAion launcher> click compatibility troubleshooter> Try recommended settings> Test the program> and Save settings.

    sorry don't work always the prob at the same plac game crash after upgrade juste before the id page:eek::confused:

    I have the same problem launcher load 100% black screen and crash automatically without error screen

    i don't have teamviewer and i don't want it
    the game crash that all; upgrade to 100% then black screen and game crash without any error screen after 4 or 5 sec
    i am not the only one who have this same prob and i don't know what the fact to have teamviewer and give you id and pw of it, can fixe the prob but oki i download timeviewer and give you what you want by pm;)
