All my items are gone and money!!!!

i didnt took a screeny on my character before vending because i was too tired and sleepy then, i slept 1:30AM, and as for my broker, the only items i have there are enchantmentstones, i dont put any other items aside from those,

ofcourse i change location, coz the 1st screeny was long time ago, and i even had a different color for my set,

as for the quickbar, i was spamming my keyboard coz of frustration, the quickbar you saw is #5, i have my skills from quickbar 1-3

 

When i say 'erased' i meant his skills removed from the bars,

I just thought on, i have been online for some time and your Char wasnt online for long after i signed in, so when the server crashed or even before, someone could of hacked your account.


Run virus scans, and yeah try to provide more info for the GMs. So far it appears that only a good virus scan could of saved you :crying:

Well from what i see in the SS, his skills have been removed, maybe the person used a bot or software to automatically do all this?

Who knows, thats if it is a hacker of course.

Tart, i am truely with you on this one but i am just trying to find out as much info as possible so the GMs can assess the situation.

I really want this to work out so we can go PvP again, so please GMs at least look at this issue to see if anything can be resolved.

Where all your items gone in warehouse and alts too?

i'm not screwing anyone over. Last I checked I am a GM, not a Senior or Head GM. Just a GM.

My job consists of in-game support requests: Bug abuse reports, hacking/cheating reports, dye requests, support questions, trade assistance, and investigations that are within my power. I might've missed one or two things but, as a regular AM, I do not have the power to investigate this issue beyond the evidence that he has already supplied (I do not have access to the server logs etc), and based on the evidence that he has supplied, I cannot recommend a refund of his items.

What I can do, though is suggest trying to contact Carl, or a Senior GM (We dont have any Head GMs at the moment) about the issue to get it resolved if you really are telling the truth.

Also here is some helpful advice, this is for everyone:

If there is an announcement about the server crashing, or you are noticing the symptoms of a crash coming on, LOG OUT IMMEDIATELY. Any changes to your character, kinah, items, ware house, legion ware house, etc WILL NOT BE SAVED and could possibly get DELETED.

I've said this many times in other threads, but to avoid giving yourself a hard time, and inconvenience, the best thing to do to preserve your in-game status (items, kinah etc) is to log out immediately when you see the symptoms of a server crash coming on.

Contact SGM, ADMINS, etc, via the forums:

At the community tab at the top of the forums, scroll down to members list, and then use the search there to find the profile pages of the Senior GMs or Carl or whoever you need to contact to get help.
