    can be closed, apparently webshop family name change coupons can only take names that have been changed after a maintenance

    You might need to wait until they reset the names during the patch or during server maintenance.

    I thought that could possibly be the case as well but the name was instantly available for me to use on a second, fresh account; only the coupon says "name is already in use."
