Worker Promotion Rates?

Does anyone know the rates? I feel like Gamez has much lower than Retail. On Retail I have like 50 artisans without trying. Here, I can barely promote from Skilled to Prof, let alone Artisan.

I use the Pearl option to complete the promotion progress. Someone told me this greatly lowers the promotion chance. Is that true or just some fake rumor like "they nerfed hard/sharp rates".

 

I think the promotion rates are very low compared to how retail feels (have a bunch of artisans in retail haven't hit one artisan here yet).

 

Yep, its definitly lower than in retail since workers gain exp faster and due to free pearls you can finish trainign faster. Also what i noticed is that there is lower chance to get profesional or artisan worker while rolling.

I didn't know the exp rates were faster on the workers. x5?
