    WOC2 is usable but it is a bit outdated. We have an Ultimate Wings with higher stats. Attack and casting speeds can be obtained using Transformation.

    Well Ultimate cloudwar/firebrand, mystic/not doesn't add attackspeed however there's transformation you can use "Sheba" it has casting and attackspeed.
