Cant Start Launcher

I download the launcher from the site, i run it, it does something but then stops working.
And i cant start it after that at all.
I installed the required vc redist and .net framework and am running w7.
Please help.

 

First and foremost; Did you run the game "as Administrator" and set an exception in your firewall for this program folder?

Alright if you already did that...I can recommend that you download the game through a Torrent file (legal software):
http://gamezbd.net/launcher/972.torrent

Then download a new launcher (file size 10,5 Mb):
http://gamezbd.net/launcher/GamezBDO.exe

Then download and install the important software package (this will most likely solve the problem):
https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/
