why cannot login into the server ??

i keep login into the game server but cannot login and the server keep disconnected me and say that i already IP banned , im just created the new account but already IP banned ???? please fix this problem please.... anyone

its in latest version sir 6.2 , but its okay i already solved it ... but one more thing sir , why sometimes i cannot login my account into website gamezaion through laptop either my smartphone??

 

If you are trying to access the old account, you can't since it is banned. You should not run into any problems if you are using a new account.
