Bug Description:

I used following buffs to be immune for heatstroke/hypothermia:

1. desert camouflage costume - 50%
2. Desert Fox Pet - Tier 4 - 35%
3. Camping Tool Buff - 40%

I still get desert diseases, sometimes 3 - 4 in 30 seconds.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Use buffs for desert diseases immunity and wait for heatstroke/hypothermia​

 

i can confirm that it the buffs work for me to protect against the diseases.

 

No it doesn't. Before I felt the difference with desert camouflage + desert fox and without. Now I get 20 heatstrokes in 30 minutes! It's the same as you would have without any protection

 

are you sure you were wearing the full set on the desert costume? I can literally afk in the desert for days with 2 pets and costume without the buff from tent and i don't die. I also tried the buff from tent with one pet and the desert costume for a few hours gathering at pilgrims haven and still did not get desert debuff

 

Well, so I'm really unlucky or something is wrong only with my char. I had full desert costume (I think main chest is enough though, it gives 50% immune, full set hides your name). Pet + I also used camp buff to be over 100% and I still get desert disease. I can carry 200 pots, but it's just kind of stupid and annoying to be honest.

I still don't believe that before I didn't have heatstroke/hypothermia and suddenly after one of latest updates I have them so often every time I'm at the desert.

 

We found why u possible feel it, in this camouflage item says Equip effect bonus - but its wrong, its give bonus only when 3 items from sets equipped, and awakened part not counted in it, so u recieve resistance bonus only when equip 3 parts and see set effect in UI.

 

Hmm... I always equip 3 parts of set (costume + main weapon + sub weapon), that's all I have for Kunoichi. I just feel like after latest updates heatstrokes become more often than before, at least for me. Before I could leave my char AFK on the desert and fairy handle pots. Now it's so often that I would die. It's not big deal with pots, just kind of annoying to use it every few seconds, that's all.

 

i ONLY have the desert costume and i get those bad things really few times....

 

Seems like it's less now after update. Maybe it's just coincidence and it's really that random, but desert costume + pet works as before now.
