    you can also wait for October. During the Halloween event, they usually release that costume in the pearl shop. So you don't have to spend real money.

    Yes, when I replied to you, it was there in the Special (Limited) section. Its on a 24 hr rotation. So, its gone now but just keep checking again till it shows up. It will say Bloody Outfit Box.
