missing skills for newly created char...(after stigma system)

hi can anyone help mi how to get the extra missing skills? i tried .missingskills but nothing happen... got 2 missing skills i ask other players but some are having same problem.... and my friends try to create another character and he confirms it (ranger) he lose 2 skill the invi that can buff while hidden,,, BTW the 2 missing skills is not stigma,,,

Hello, those skills missing from the newly created characters called vision stigma, you will unlock the vision stigma skill by equipping 6 stigmas and automatically acquired the skill that depends on your equipped stigma combination, but the old characters already have those vision stigma skills.
