Disconnection hell help please

The game is unplayable I get disconnected 1 out of 3 attempts, nothing loads no npcs ect, the game would sometimes crash just after character selection for no reason..
Anyone can please help ????

 

This might be an odd question but have you restarted your modem/router? I have been on gamez ALL week without any dc other then server reboot. It could be your conection is dropping packets (information it recived and sends to and from the server)

 

Hey, yes I've restarted the modem many times this week but still I get disconnected....

 

Hmm, seems like an ISP (internet service provider) issue or maybe even a firewall. try whitelisting it on the firewall settings. If not contact who you have internet with and have them restart your service on their end as its much deeper then just a modem restart.

 

Firewall settings are all right for the game, as for my ISP they don't have any issues on their end too, also when the server is at 1400ppl online the game runs fine no lag or disconnections, but once it reaches 1700/1800 ppl online there goes the disconnection hell so I think the issue comes from the eu server itself

GMs saw my messages but no response.. Kolka saw my question on general chat and answered to other ppl but not me
