Yes you will be able to, however I'd suggest you try to get 16gb of ram or get that 2x4gb of ram rated at 3000~3200mhz at least seeing that ryzen chips love fast memory and perform better with faster memory speeds.

    Ps. You'd do perfect with 16gb 3000mhz+

Well, I run GameZ on a 5-year-old PC that has a Core I5, 8 Gb of DDR3 RAM and a 2 Gb GeForce 650 Ti Boost GPU and get an average of 35-60 fps at "Very High" settings (30-50 at "Remastered") on a 46' LCD TV in 1360x768, quite smooth and comfortable. Resolution is critical to get the best result even on a budget but "fresh" PC. If you want FullHD or more, an intergrated GPU might not be enough. But
    only testing will show :)
P.S. I even can run Gamez on a laptop with 6 Gb of RAM and GeForce 740M 2 Gb GPU and squeeze out 20-30 fps at Medium/Low settings, the same 1360x768. This build is more optimized and stable than retail, at least so it seems. Both PC and laptop have Win 7.

GT 740M is a dedicated laptop GPU (not integrated) that was quite good for its time (like 4-5 years ago) but now often coughs and groans when asked to run a PC-heavy game like BDO. Comparison shows that the performance of Vega 11 is almost thrice better than 740

    https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compa...M-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-11-Ryzen-iGPU/m7671vsm401440

so we can assume that you might be able to run GameZ at least on Medium or even High settings with a good balance between picture quality and screen resolution.

I have a GTX 1060 and it uses it all.

I am sure to say shoot for 16gb and be sure it matches your mobo specs and Ryzens requirement. If not you may find you can't clock the memory or you my be stuck in a disappointing place.
When you can do NOT buy anything like a 1030 or 1050 since these cards are what they call entry lvl and they are just total crap in the end. I done the GTX 1060 simply to get in the game of things. I really wanted that 1070 but just could muster the extra 100USD at the time. Took all I had to build this PC but I can run it on Remastered Mode and I choose to enable the fan to run more to keep the GPU cooler. Sure my rig is water cooled with x4 120mm push pull config and even so the heat is taxing.
    Good Luck...
