Laucher error + bluescreen of death

hello recently I received these errors, had "resolved" by reinstalling the game, but did not last 5 days running the game, today I get again, following I get the error message that is attached, and as game from brazil use pingzapper and open pingzapper before opening laucher, i get a windows kernel stop_code message (bluescreen also attached) i would like to know if this kind of error is common, and if there is how to fix it, detail when i create a subfolder inside the game folder and copy laucher in the same way does not give any error when opening, which leads me to believe that it is copying some file inside the game folder

 

I am not sure with the error message not in English, but if its about 'The application is terminating', you may try no.25, no.28, no.29, or no. 36 on http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/ depending on the error message.

This is my first time seeing players asking this error, I can say this error is not common. How is the operation when not run using pingzapper? Did you run 'sfc /scannow' on a admin command prompt as well?

Searching through the web, some said its because something wrong with Microsoft Framework config file,
